Standard Cleaning Package
Kitchen
- All kitchen countertops, furniture, surfaces, baseboards, ceiling fans and exterior of appliances receive an appropriate disinfecting damp clean.
- All cupboards are cleaned to your specifications dependent upon their construction material.
- Floors will be vacuumed and disinfected/mopped.
- Walls will be spot cleaned.
- Trash will be emptied.
Bathrooms
- In the bathroom, our professionals will clean and disinfect all fixtures including the sink, toilet, bidet, tub/shower.
- Floors will be vacuumed and disinfected/mopped.
- A change of towels will be made if provided.
Living/Family/Dining Areas
- All furniture, knick-knacks, wall art, lamps and ceiling fans will be dusted and/or polished to your specifications. (Exterior of china/curio cabinets only)
- All windowsills, ledges, baseboards and blinds will be dusted.
- Walls will be spot-cleaned for cobwebs and fingerprints.
- All furniture and carpeting will be vacuumed.
- Mirrors/glass will be cleaned throughout.
- Hardwood floors will be cleaned to your specifications although we recommend wetting hardwood only once per month.
Bedrooms
- All furniture/knick-knacks will be dusted and/or polished to your specifications.
- All windowsills, ledges, baseboards and blinds will be dusted.
- Walls will be spot-cleaned for cobwebs and fingerprints.
- All carpeting will be vacuumed.
- Hardwood will be cleaned to your specifications.
- Bedding will be changed if arranged during bid process.
